Strategic Links LLP was set up by Dr. Suja Chacko, who has substantial knowledge and experience at a senior level of both the strategic and practical contribution of people management to business success. Suja has a PhD in human resource management and organisational behaviour; her thesis examined the role of HR practices and a strong human resource management message in influencing employee engagement and performance outcomes. Suja has worked in both large and small organisations in the public, private and voluntary sectors and is particularly experienced in working with senior management on organisational change and restructures and dealing with sensitive people issues. She has contributed extensively to employee engagement and HR strategy, organisational development, communications, change and talent management. She serves as a non-legal member of employment tribunals and is on the board of two charities and a community interest company.
Strategic Links LLP is an independent consultancy providing professional and business orientated support and research, primarily in Human Resources (HR) and organisational development. We are based in the South East of England but are able to help anyone across the world. We undertake consultancy assignments and provide HR support for a number of clients in the public and private sectors to enhance their people management and organisational development capabilities, in addition to providing a retained HR service for SMEs. Our assignments have included supporting managers through change programmes, restructuring, including assessment centres and Hay job evaluation, developing workforce plans, TUPE, HR strategy, policy formulation and review, advise on employment law, complex disciplinary and grievance investigations, executive coaching and management training.
